Terms of Service

1. Using Tasvera

You may use Tasvera’s core editor without creating an account or logging in. You may use optional account-based features only if you can legally enter into these terms. If you use an optional account, you are responsible for keeping its information secure and for activity performed through it.

2. The service

Tasvera provides tools for editing, reframing, captioning, and exporting video. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or require a compatible browser or device. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, audio, captions, and other content you use with Tasvera. You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, and licences needed to use that content and to create or distribute your exports.

You give Tasvera only the limited permission needed to operate the features you choose. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Tasvera to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or violate another person’s privacy.
• Upload or distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive material.
• Attempt to bypass security, limits, authentication, or payment controls.
• Interfere with the service or use it to build a competing service improperly.
• Misrepresent content or use generated material to deceive or harm others.

5. Captions, AI, and exports

Automatic captions, reframing, AI-assisted features, and exports may contain mistakes or behave differently across browsers and devices. Review your project and export before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and suitability of anything you create with Tasvera.

6. Accounts, credits, and payments

The core editor does not require an account, credits, or payment. Optional features may require one or more of these. Prices, credit amounts, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to the relevant purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Subject to applicable law and any terms shown at checkout, purchases are not refundable once the relevant digital service or credits have been delivered.

7. Third-party services

Tasvera may work with third-party services such as optional authentication, analytics, payments, hosting, image storage, or AI providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Tasvera is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

8. Intellectual property

Tasvera’s software, branding, design, and original materials are owned by Tasvera or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Tasvera or its materials to you.

9. Disclaimers

Tasvera is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, file, browser, or workflow.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tasvera and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Tasvera at any time. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Tasvera after the update means you accept the revised terms.
