Privacy Policy

Tasvera is built to let you edit video in your browser. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the editor, website, and related features.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Information you provide

No account or login is required to use Tasvera’s core video editor. You may provide personal information when you send feedback, contact us, use an optional account-based or paid feature, or otherwise interact with Tasvera. This can include your name, email address, account details, messages, and transaction-related information.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Tasvera does not intentionally store your full card number or payment credentials.

2. Video and project content

The core editor is designed to process videos, captions, overlays, and project files in your browser. Your source video and exported video are not uploaded to Tasvera merely because you use the local editor.

Some optional features require a network request. For example, an AI feature, an image upload feature, authentication, or a payment flow may send the information needed to provide that feature to Tasvera or its service providers. The editor will use these services only when you choose the related feature.

3. Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website, such as browser information, device information, approximate usage events, and error information.

If analytics is enabled for the deployment you are using, Google Analytics may process website usage data. Authentication may also use cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Tasvera and its features.
  • Support optional accounts, credits, or purchases when those features are used.
  • Respond to feedback, support requests, and security issues.
  • Detect misuse, fraud, or technical problems.
  • Understand how the website is used when analytics is enabled.

5. Service providers

Tasvera may use service providers for hosting, optional authentication, analytics, payments, email, image storage, or other infrastructure. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and may process it under their own privacy policies.

6. Storage and deletion

Projects may be stored locally in your browser or in a project file that you download. Feedback, payment, optional account, and service records may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. You can contact us through the feedback page to ask about information associated with your request or any optional account.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep downloaded project files and any optional account credentials in a secure place.

8. Children’s privacy

Tasvera is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tasvera changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Tasvera after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

10. Contact
